BULANGA Shea Butter is imported directly from Mali. Produced by a women’s cooperative, it is processed according to an ancient traditional Mandingo method, entirely by hand. Freshly picked walnuts are blanched and sun-dried; they are then peeled and carefully sorted before being passed through the mill. The resulting paste is boiled by hand until the emulsion is obtained, which will be washed several times, cooked, decanted twice and then filtered.
